Think about the people in your life who have "rekindled the spark" within you. Write a list of all the names that come to your mind and how they have influenced you.
Choose one or more people on the list to write a thank you note to. They can be living or someone who's already passed on. What matters is that you take time to think with gratitude about that person's influence on your life and express your gratitude to them.
